These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and pej64 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "pej64"). This Agreement governs your use of the pej64 website located at https://pej64.net and all associated services, products, and features. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on pej64, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by every clause of this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pej64 website (https://pej64.net), mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated services accessible under that domain.
• "Member" / "User" means any individual who has successfully registered a pej64 account and is permitted to use the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the individual online account opened by a Member on the Platform, associated with a single IDR wallet balance.
• "IDR Wallet" means the Indonesian Rupiah-denominated balance held within a Member's Account, used to fund wagers and receive winnings.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, and ancillary services offered by pej64, including but not limited to sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), virtual sports, and live card games.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by pej64 subject to specific wagering and eligibility conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn from the Platform.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and document verification process required by pej64 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or pej64's internal policies.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform communications and time-sensitive promotions unless stated otherwise.

Access to and use of the pej64 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. pej64 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which your use of online betting services is not prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by pej64 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All accounts must be operated solely and exclusively by the registered Member.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law of your jurisdiction.

To access pej64's Services, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a current mobile telephone number, and accurate date of birth at the point of registration. pej64 will rely on this information for KYC verification and all account-related communications.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. pej64 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pej64's support team immediately.
• Account Updates: You are obligated to update your account information promptly should any of your registered details change. Failure to maintain accurate registration information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or temporary account suspension pending verification.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pej64's support team. Pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. Verified balances will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All financial transactions on the pej64 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pej64 supports the following local payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your IDR Wallet.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via supported local bank transfer and e-wallet channels are credited to your IDR Wallet in real time upon confirmation of receipt. pej64 does not charge platform-side fees on any deposit transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 banking hours during standard Indonesian banking hours (08:00–17:00 WIB, Monday to Friday). Processing times may be extended during public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Nyepi, and other national holidays.
• Withdrawal Fees: pej64 does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own standard transfer charges, for which pej64 accepts no responsibility.
• KYC Requirement: pej64 reserves the right to require identity and address verification prior to processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. This measure is applied to protect Members against unauthorised withdrawal of funds.
• Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. pej64 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not registered to the Member will be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal to Original Source: Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. pej64 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals to a new or previously unused payment method.

pej64 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. pej64 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, including on the basis of betting patterns, account history, or geographic location.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the Account.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino, sportsbook, and other game categories may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rate for each game category will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Abuse: pej64 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing wagers to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (known as "bonus hedging"), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless the applicable promotion explicitly states otherwise. Activating a new bonus before an existing bonus has been fully wagered may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings is capped at 10x the original bonus value. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Account upon withdrawal processing.
• Promotional Changes: pej64 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion at the time of any such change will be governed by the terms in force at the time of their opt-in.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products available on the pej64 Platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel, virtual sports, and live card games) are published within each product section of the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Sufficient Funds: You may only place a wager if your IDR Wallet contains sufficient cleared funds to cover the total stake at the time the bet is confirmed. pej64 does not extend credit under any circumstances.
• Wager Acceptance: All wagers are subject to acceptance by pej64. A wager is not confirmed until a bet confirmation reference is displayed. Network interruptions occurring between stake submission and confirmation may result in a wager not being recorded; pej64 accepts no liability for wagers that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the Member's end.
• Obvious Errors: pej64 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or game parameters that were posted in error, including pricing errors, system glitches, or typographic mistakes. Affected Members will be notified and their stakes returned to their IDR Wallet.
• Results and Settlement: All game and event outcomes are determined by the relevant game engine, live dealer, or official sporting result. pej64's settlement decisions are final once the results have been confirmed and posted. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 14 calendar days of the relevant outcome.
• System Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live game session — including server disconnection, software failure, or power interruption — pej64 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes. No winnings will be awarded for an incomplete or technically compromised game round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pej64 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where warranted, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, including through the use of aliases, proxy servers, VPNs, or any other means of concealing identity or location.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any subsequent point during your membership.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or loopholes — whether intentionally or negligently. Any Member who identifies a system error is obligated to report it to pej64 support immediately.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward pej64 staff, support agents, or other Members.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation.

pej64 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the wellbeing of its Members seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set loss thresholds beyond which the Platform will automatically prevent further wagering within the defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration reminders that alert them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding Members of their session duration and net wagering activity are available on request.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to the Member. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of pej64 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pej64 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, third-party service failures, or events beyond pej64's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any financial loss arising from wagers placed in error, including wagers placed as a result of misunderstood odds, game rules, or promotion terms.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcome determinations, RNG results, or live dealer rulings — pej64 acts as a distributor of third-party game content and does not control the underlying game engines.

pej64's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pej64 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pej64 does not sell or transfer Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud detection services solely to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's Services.

pej64 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pej64 will endeavour to provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with your Account and/or a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through pej64's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under rules mutually agreed between the parties. Nothing in this clause limits pej64's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
